A Bachelor's degree in Education, Christian Education, Special Needs Education, or a related field.
Must be a trained and certified ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) Supervisor, with a strong understanding of ACE procedures, protocols and Learning Centre operations.
A minimum of 2 years' teaching or educational supervision experience.
Experience working with children and adolescents.
A strong understanding of individualised learning approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
Must be firm and assertive.
