Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, or CIFA certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of tax and statutory compliance.
Strong Excel skills.
Good working knowledge of accounting software.
Experience in hospitality, hotels, lodges, or service-based businesses will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of sales invoicing, debtor management, reconciliations, expense processing, and financial reporting.
High attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
