Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting
Experience supporting international clients, preferably in the US
Experience working with international clients (US preferred)
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Knowledge of accounting and compliance frameworks (IFRS, GAAP, SOX)
Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as COSO or ISO 31000
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-time-zone environments
