Served for a cumulative period of eight (8) years' relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Principal Administration Officer, or in a comparable position.
A Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science / Government, Anthropology, Social Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
A Master's degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science / Government, Anthropology, Social Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (added advantage).
A Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Membership of a professional body, where applicable.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Shown merit, integrity and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
