Relevant academic and professional qualifications in their area of expertise.
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in a relevant consultancy or technical field.
Strong analytical and report writing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Practical experience supporting consultancy assignments, donor-funded projects, private sector projects, public sector assignments, or development programmes will be an added advantage.
Ability to produce clear, well-structured, and evidence-based outputs.
Good understanding of sector-specific standards, tools, frameworks, or regulations relevant to the consultant's area of specialization.
