A minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Water Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Registered by the Engineers Board of Kenya as a Graduate Engineer
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Fulfill the provisions of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010
