Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred
5–8 years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to influence and drive a safety culture
