Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Food Security, Rural Development, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Food Security and Livelihoods programs
Experience with NGO or humanitarian organizations in Kenya
Strong knowledge of climate-smart agriculture and agro-ecology
Experience with cash-based interventions and market-based programming
Willingness to travel extensively across Tana River and Kwale counties
Ability to work in remote areas with challenging terrain
Strong report writing and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and data collection tools
Fluency in English and Swahili
