Bachelor's degree in a business-related field — Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent
Graduated between 2022 and 2025 — recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel for trackers and reconciliations; Word and PowerPoint for client documents
Working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage is an advantage
Comfortable using statutory portals and compliance tools — KRA iTax, NSSF, NHIF/SHIF — with accuracy and good record keeping
Basic understanding of Kenya labour law and statutory compliance requirements
High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication in English; Swahili is an added advantage
Proactive, follow-through mindset — you close loops, document work, and meet deadlines consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client professional services environment with shifting priorities
Integrity and discretion in handling confidential client and employee data
