Proven experience leading engineering teams in a product-led environment, ideally within a small to mid-sized organisation (with approx. 10-50 engineers).
Strong technical background with the ability to guide architecture and engage across backend, frontend, DevOps, and data systems.
Demonstrated ability to balance delivery speed with long-term system health through pragmatic trade-offs.
Track record of building and developing high-performing teams, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Strong product mindset, with experience partnering closely with product and design to solve meaningful user problems.
Systems thinker, able to improve the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, with experience operating and scaling production systems in real-world environments.
Bonus Skillset
Experience building and supporting mobile or hybrid applications in diverse environments.
Familiarity with tools and technologies used at Peek (e.g. Typescript, Angular, NestJS, MongoDB, AWS).
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
Exposure to data platforms, analytics tooling, or experimentation (e.g. A/B testing, Apache Preset, Google Analytics).
