A minimum of 5 years' extensive experience in a highly productive company set-up, preferably within a large-scale hospitality environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field, with a mandatory professional certification (for example, CHRP-K or SPHR).
Strong strategic planning, policy formulation and talent management skills tailored to dynamic service environments.
Deep knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and employee relations practices.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and conflict-resolution skills to champion a guest-centric and collaborative workplace culture.
Strong proficiency in HRMIS and general office productivity software.
