Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management or a related field.
Possess at least Certified Public Accountants (CPA) qualification – Section four.
Registration with Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
Experience supporting donor-funded projects, grants management, or conservancy/community-based programs is highly desirable.
Familiarity with accounting systems, ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
High level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and professionally to vendors, donors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a dynamic work environment.
