A minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must be in a supervisory position
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010
