Relevant experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, digital financial services, fintech, banking, or digital product delivery.
Good understanding of agile product development and backlog management.
Experience working closely with software development teams.
Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, product requirements, and feature descriptions.
Good understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, mobile products, payments, banking products, or financial services will be an added advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to gather and interpret customer feedback, user testing results, and market research.
Good understanding of product roadmaps, prioritization, and release planning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced digital business environment.
