In-depth experience in setting up financial monitoring and control mechanisms
Good/hands on knowledge of Donor Funds Management and Reporting
Excellent supervisory skills and a track record managing a successful team
Must have good computer skills in office and specialized Accounting packages. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central advantageous
