Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Community Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience implementing adolescent SRHR, youth empowerment, gender, or community health programmes.
Demonstrated experience facilitating life skills training and mentorship programmes for adolescents and young people, particularly girls and vulnerable populations.
Strong understanding of adolescent-friendly health services, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), and safeguarding principles.
Experience using sports, youth clubs, schools, or other community platforms to engage adolescents in health promotion and behavior change initiatives is highly desirable.
Proven ability to create safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for adolescents to discuss SRHR, mental health, gender equality, and life opportunities.
Experience working with schools, community leaders, youth groups, county governments, and health facilities to strengthen referral pathways and access to services.
Strong facilitation, communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate community outreach activities, mentorship programmes, and adolescent engagement initiatives.
Experience in programme reporting, documentation of impact stories, and monitoring of programme indicators.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with partners and local stakeholders.
