Diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Server, Bartender, or similar hospitality role.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and good personal presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.
Attention to detail when taking orders and serving guests.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays where required.
