Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop operations, production coordination, quality control, manufacturing, service operations, project coordination, or another stage-based operational environment
Diploma or higher qualification in Automotive, Mechanical, Production, Operations, Quality Management, Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Ability to organize, track, and coordinate multiple moving activities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong communication and follow-through
