New KPCU PLC is recruiting 1,000 champions for its Coffee Extension Training Program across selected counties in Kenya. The programme targets individuals with agricultural training who are passionate about improving rural livelihoods through sustainable coffee farming. Successful applicants will serve within the wards where they reside and support coffee-growing communities through extension, farmer engagement and related field activities.

Applicants should submit the following documents: - Detailed CV - Copies of academic and professional certificates - Copy of National ID - Proof of ward residency - Brief Cover Letter indicating the ward they wish to serve - Phone contacts of three referees
