All content, features, and functionality of GoKazini are owned by iWorld Afric Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
GoKazini is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or employment decisions made based on information found on GoKazini.
