Cumulative service period of fifteen (15) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Assistant Director, Legal Services
Bachelor's degree in Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution
Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
Be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
Master's degree in Laws (LLB) or in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Be a member of the Law Society of Kenya
Certificate in Corporate Management/Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
Proficiency in computer application skills
Demonstrated professional competence and managerial capability as reflected in work performance and results
