At least 5 years' experience in Banking operations with exposure to credit functions
University degree in a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of credit risk assessment, collections and recovery practices.
Good relationship management skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet/database applications
