At least fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience.
At least three (3) years of that experience at Assistant Director, Insurance Services level or equivalent in a comparable position.
Master's Degree in Commerce, Actuarial Science, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognised and accredited institution.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
Leadership course lasting not less than six (6) weeks from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Ability to fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
Must be a Kenyan citizen.
