Acacia EPZ Limited is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Digital Operations & Systems Intern to support the organisation in managing digital systems, data and technology-enabled operations.
The intern will work across routine digital operations, data management, technical support and system documentation while gaining practical experience in how technology supports day-to-day organisational processes.
What you will do
Support the management and maintenance of digital systems and platforms.
Assist with data entry, organisation, validation and reporting.
Help maintain accurate and well-organised digital information.
Provide basic technical support to staff.
Assist in identifying and resolving routine system-related issues.
Support the development and maintenance of digital records and databases.
Assist with system and process documentation.
Monitor digital workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Support implementation of digital tools across different departments.
Assist staff with adoption and day-to-day use of digital tools.
Support data security and appropriate access management.
Maintain confidentiality of organisational information.
Perform other duties related to digital operations and systems as assigned.
What you bring
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology or a related field.
Good computer and digital-literacy skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of databases, data management or information systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
