Minimum diploma in social sciences, public health, statistics, or related field
Prior experience in field data collection, especially on gender, health, or SRHR topics in Kilifi County
Familiarity with digital data collection tools (ODK, KoboToolbox)
Fluency in English and Kiswahili; knowledge of local dialects will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
Demonstrated commitment to ethical research and safeguarding principles
