Quantitative Field Interviewers – Minimum Qualifications
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate, with a minimum grade of C Plain.
Experience in electronic data capture methods like SurveyCTO or Open Data Kit (ODK) and devices like electronic digital recorders.
Must be attentive to detail and ensure the correctness of all data entered.
Fluent in English and Swahili, both oral and written.
Be available to work full-time on the project for the duration of the study.

Proven experience and skills in qualitative research.
Ability to facilitate interviews and group discussions in English and Swahili.
