Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, administration role or accounting roles, preferably within an International NGO.
Strong knowledge of the Kenya tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for financial data interpretation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and transaction processing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for financial discussions and reports.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High ethical standards, integrity, and reliability in financial management.
Adaptability and proactive approach to financial challenges and improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online.
