Bachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or another analytical field
3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
Preferably within fintech, banking, payments, digital lending, or other high-transaction technology environments
Experience working with transactional data and financial systems
Demonstrated experience building dashboards and translating complex datasets into clear insights
Experience working with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements
Strong SQL skills with experience working with relational databases such as MySQL
Experience using BI and data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical teams
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
