Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or related field
1-3 years hands-on experience in full-stack development (web and/or mobile applications)
Practical experience working with relational databases and APIs
Frontend experience: Angular, React, or Vue
Backend experience: .NET, Node.js, Java, or PHP
Database experience: SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Experience with RESTful services and API Gateways
Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker) desirable
Experience in regulated, enterprise, or healthcare environments is an added advantage
Exposure to UX/UI design principles, data analytics, or BI tools is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good understanding of secure coding and system reliability
Strong communication and teamwork skills
