Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field.
A Minimum of 3 years HR experience in a manufacturing, production or engineering industry in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Good understanding of employment laws and regulations in Kenya.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills are desired.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
