Each year, Browns Plantations offers approximately 475 industrial attachment opportunities, helping students bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practice.
What you will do
Participate in practical work within their assigned department.
Apply classroom knowledge to real workplace projects and daily operations.
Learn and follow company policies, workplace procedures, and professional ethics.
Work closely with experienced professionals and supervisors to develop technical skills.
Support departmental activities and complete assigned tasks.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability throughout the attachment period.
Observe workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
Build practical experience aligned with their academic programme.
What you bring
Be continuing students pursuing a Degree, Diploma, Certificate, or Artisan programme.
Submit an application letter clearly indicating the field of attachment.
Provide an introduction letter from their learning institution confirming eligibility for industrial attachment.
Have valid student insurance cover.
Possess a valid National ID, KRA PIN, and other statutory documents.
