An advanced degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, coastal and marine resources management, Microbiology, zoology/biology, marine engineering and related fields
At least 5 years' experience working in the aquaculture/mariculture
Ability to motivate and coordinate teams
Flexibility in working for extended hours including night shifts and weekends
Experience in marine fish hatchery management will be an added advantage
Experience in data analysis, report writing and publications
Experience in presentation of papers in national, regional and international forum will be an added advantage
Evidence of resource mobilization will be an added advantage
Experience in community or farmer mobilization
