Degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture Management, Coastal and Marine Resources Management, Agriculture Resource Management, or Natural Resource Management
Demonstrate interest or exposure to agriculture, livestock, Blue Economy, or devolution
Experience in research, data analysis, or report writing is an added advantage
Knowledge and understanding of government-related processes, especially within Devolution context
Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to follow deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
High level of computer literacy
Proficient in written and spoken English and Kiswahili
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
