Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or other related field
Experience in documentation and report writing for technical meetings
Knowledge and understanding of government-related processes, especially within Devolution context
Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to follow deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
High level of computer literacy
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Kiswahili
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
