University degree or diploma in Social Science or any relevant discipline
Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection for research projects
Experience carrying out In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
Proficiency in transcription techniques
Good written and oral communication in English and Kiswahili
Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Previous experience using digital data collection platforms (e.g., KoBo Collect)
Must be a local from Muhoroni, Kisumu
