Cumulative service period of relevant work experience at the required level, including experience in an Accountant/Finance Officer grade or comparable position.
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate accounting, finance, commerce, economics, business administration or business-management discipline from a recognised institution.
Relevant Certified Public Accountant qualification or equivalent professional accounting qualification from an accredited examination body.
Membership of the appropriate professional accounting body and good standing where applicable.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
