- Experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, fine-dining restaurant, premium F&B group, or large entertainment venue.
- Experience supporting multiple kitchens or outlets.
- Experience working in high-volume events or large-scale hospitality operations.

- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage.
- HACCP / food safety certification is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in stewarding or kitchen support operations.
Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor, Senior Steward, Kitchen Steward Supervisor, or similar role.
