Bachelor's Degree in Cooperative Management, Finance, Accounting or related field; or Diploma in Management, Accounting, Finance & Banking or related discipline; or relevant professional certification such as Certified Credit Professional or CPA.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
Minimum KCSE grade C (Plain).
KCSE grade C (Plain) in English and Mathematics.
