As an IT Operations Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operation of CloudFactory's infrastructure, networks, and SaaS applications, helping ensure systems remain available, secure, and well maintained. You will carry out routine maintenance, provide first-level support for communication and productivity tools, and contribute to disaster recovery and compliance activities, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
